Job Title: Maintenance Worker (3 month temp assignment)

**Location:** Northwest Houston, TX 77041

**Schedule:** mon-fri

**Pay Rate:** 24 hr

Position Summary: have stand-up forklift experience

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Maintenance Worker** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing a variety of facility upkeep tasks, including equipment setup, laundry, housekeeping duties, and grounds maintenance. **Stand-up forklift experience is required.**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance duties including minor repairs, painting, and equipment replacements

+ Operate and maintain stand-up forklift for material handling and equipment movement

+ Assist with housekeeping functions such as laundry, sweeping, and sanitizing areas

+ Set up and break down equipment as needed for facility operations

+ Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building and grounds

+ Monitor and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisor

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

+ Proven experience in general maintenance or related field

+ **Must have stand-up forklift experience**

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
