    The Sr Analyst is responsible for the execution of Receiving and Warehousing transactions to include the scheduling and movement of materials. The Sr Analyst is responsible for managing daily operations in a warehouse environment from overseeing accuracy and efficiency of inbound material to supporting layout and storage, and processing of pick requests out to factory. You will communicate issues related to delays and work across functions to resolve issues and escalate issues. You will also monitor inventory activities to support the efficient movement of material and will resolve inventory discrepancies across Receiving and Warehousing transactions.

    What You Will Do

    + Influence others within the work area by explanation of facts, policies and practices.

    + Provide guidance to peers and the hourly workforce when fulfilling a customer request.

    + Collaborate and communicate across functions, with peers and leadership across the organization.

    + Ensure the accuracy of the Property and Inventory Management system and will be accountable for Property and material in storage.

    + Identify, define and resolve problems that are not immediately evident.

    + Execute program priorities relating to Receiving Dock, Warehouse, Inspection, and Transportation.

    + Interact with support manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality with respect to deliverables, audits, etc.

    + Review and analyze transactions performed by team members.

    + Make minor improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the work area.

     

    This is a 1st shift, onsite position

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

    + Experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Inventory Management

    + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    + Interpersonal skills to execute tasks

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and

    + Experience with SAP

    Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

    The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
