    We are seeking an experienced **Quality Systems and Reporting Analyst** to lead the performance and optimization of systems and reporting tools used across multiple international laboratory locations. As a bridge between global labs, digital systems, lab systems teams, and quality leadership, the analyst will help transform lab data into reliable, actionable insights. By developing scalable reporting solutions and analytical tools, the analyst will ensure consistent, high-quality reporting that supports data transparency and informed decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    System Monitoring & Performance:

    + Analyze usage data to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate reports for global laboratory teams.

    + Monitor reporting usage and performance, identify and escalate issues, and track resolution progress to ensure timely support.

    + Stay current with best practices, new features, and industry trends associated with lab systems and applications to recommend enhancements.

    Reporting & Data Governance:

    + Design, publish, and maintain reporting tools in collaboration with digital reporting teams.

    + Integrate cross-functional data sources to improve reporting capabilities and generate broader business insights.

    + Manage cost analysis and allocation processes to report testing costs by region.

    + Track data integrityand reporting accuracy across laboratory systems.

    + Support development and enforcement of global reporting standards, naming conventions, and lab system configurations.

    Application & Reporting Support:

    + Assist with evaluating and prioritizing enhancement requests for laboratory applications and reporting tools.

    + Collaborate with laboratories and IT teams on system updates and application improvements.

    + Maintain and monitor automated testing plan reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    + Partner with R&D, Integrated Operations, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

    + Support laboratory operations processes by enabling efficient technology use aligned with business needs.

    + Foster cross-regional collaboration to ensure consistent system performance and user experience.

    Change Management & Training:

    + Investigate and respond to testing plan update requests, ensuring validated and consistent deployment.

    + Provide guidance and training to lab teams on system use and reporting capabilities.

    + Lead training initiatives and share best practices for lab systems.

    Strategic Support:

    + Ensure compliance with digital governance frameworks and data integrity principles.

    + Participate in long-term roadmap planning and global systems design discussions.

    + Support the global lab systems excellence team in harmonization and enhancement efforts.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.Proficiency in advanced data modeling.

    + Minimum 5 years of experience insystems, lab informatics, or quality data roles.

    + Strong understanding of laboratory software platforms, digital reporting tools, and data governance.

    + Proven ability to lead global initiatives and cross-functional teams.

    + Proficiency with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.

    + Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with validation protocols, change management, and quality management systems is a plus.

    + Experience in agricultural, biotech, or life sciences industries.

    + Familiarity with sample certification processes, seed testing standards, and inventory tracking systems.

    + Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
