Job Title: Corporate Communications Leader
Summary:As a Corporate Communications Leader, you will serve as a trusted partner and communications advisor to internal stakeholders across the business, delivering creative, thoughtful communication solutions that drive company objectives. The role will primarily be responsible for:
• Creating and delivering employee communications that drive engagement and strategic alignment across business units and supporting functions.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategic and integrated communications plans in alignment with the Company and Business goals.
• Planning, editing, and writing content for a variety of internal employee communications, including PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and external channels, including social media and website.
You will bring excellent writing skills, a strong ability to visualize messaging in Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization. Experience leveraging social media for communications is desired. Excellent project management skills will contribute to success. Experience in manufacturing and with global audiences is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Characterized as a hands-on self-starter, the Corporate Communications Leader will have a history of successfully driving internal communications and increasing organizational awareness. They will possess a high level of business acumen and confidence and can partner with leaders across the organization. Our candidate of choice will leverage exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to provide direct and credible feedback to add immediate value. This individual will approach projects with a sense of urgency and be capable of distilling complex business issues into streamlined messages. They will possess a “can-do” attitude and a clear passion for fostering community and synergy in a diverse, international organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Ability to identify and analyze priorities and audience/stakeholder needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels, driving qualitative and quantitative reporting metrics, analysis, and ROI that can demonstrate success against desired outcomes.
+ Managing a global communications calendar and rhythm for the assigned business unit, ensuring consistent framing and delivery of messages are aligned with the broader enterprise.
+ Be the liaison between the business and broader global corporate communications team, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and connect employees to activities at the business and enterprise levels.
+ Developing a deep understanding of the Company’s history and vision, products, and organizational culture.
+ Enhancing our company culture through relevant, frequent, engaging internal communication.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
+ BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience leading internal and employee corporate communications in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Superb verbal, writing, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to capture key thoughts and communicate authentic messages concisely throughout the global organization. Must use PowerPoint proficiently.
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage all communication vehicles, multi-media strategies, and tools to address unique audiences.
+ Adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Exceptional professional presence with a strong understanding and ability to manage multiple complex business issues.
+ Demonstrated ability to build trust and provide counsel to a variety of stakeholders.
+ Proven track record of adapting communication styles to the situation.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines and create integrated communication plans.
+ Ability to simplify complex messages, be proactive in addressing questions that might arise, and understand the communication needs of a global audience.
The following are preferred for the role
+ MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline.
+ Global manufacturing industry experience.
+ Experience in communicating effectively with and engaging front-line workers.
+ The ability to understand and apply cultural nuances to message delivery is crucial.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $81,000 - $118,800
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
