    RN, Ambulatory Nurse Urology Specialty Practice- Greenfield

     

    SIGN ON BONUS for RN with 1 year experience

     

    Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for an experienced **Registered Nurse** to join our Multi -Specialty outpatient practice located in **Greenfield**

    Responsibilities

    + Functions independently to assess develop and implement plan of care

    + Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks.

    + Assist with procedures

    + Triages and coordinates patient care ensuring access to care and patient success.

    + Promotes health and wellness for individuals and groups of patients.

    + Develops patient trust and engages the patient/ family in care and treatment. Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care

    Requirements

    + Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience

    + Experience in practice specialty or related nursing experience preferred

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

    Other information

    + Location -Sanderson Street - Greenfield MA

    + Full Time - Monday- Friday schedule rotates between 8-4:30 and 8:30-5

    + Sign On Bonus Eligible
