Who you’ll report to:

This role will report to our VP, Public Relations

Location:

Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

+ Partnering withthe USPR agency, setting clear expectations, campaign goals, and performance metrics that position Automation Anywhere as the clear leader in Agentic Process Automation. (UK agency management may be added if/when selected)

+ Leading communications around major product launches, ensuring clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging

+ Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analyst relations, and product teams to craft cohesive storytelling around AI-powered automation and the Autonomous Enterprise

+ Maintain a pulse on the news cycle and drive proactive and reactive opportunities through agency partners

+ Collaborate with the VP of Communications and executive stakeholders to align media strategy with business priorities.

+ Managing and expanding relationships with journalists and key influencers to build awareness and credibility in the market

+ Ensuring coverage reporting, sentiment tracking, and metrics dashboards are delivered regularly and tied to business outcomes

+ Monitoring media, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to proactively shape messaging and executive positioning in a fast-moving AI industry

+ Prepare and support executives for key interviews and media engagements (briefing docs, prep sessions, etc.)

You will be a great fit if you have:

+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

+ 12+ years of public relations experience, ideally in enterprise tech, B2B SaaS, or AI/automation

+ Demonstrated success developing and executing PR strategies that drove brand leadership and media impact

+ Experience managing external PR agencies and cross-regional communications programs

+ Strong media relationships and a track record of securing impactful coverage in national, trade, and tech outlets

+ Ability to distill complex technology into clear, engaging, and relevant stories

+ Experience supporting product launches and thought leadership

+ Familiarity with AI, automation, or enterprise software preferred

The base salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
