PART TIME-** **Administrative Office Assistant
An Administrative Assistant is an integral part of our growing operations. They will be responsible for several duties, including, but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities** :
+ Handle day-to-day office operations support to ensure smooth service delivery.
+ Perform daily calls to clients which will support growth of the operation by completing incoming orders, communication of service satisfaction surveys and supply orders.
+ Coordinate services with staff and process work order requests.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs via telephone.
+ Efficiently maintain invoicing and payments processed on excel documents.
+ Maintain stockroom and order supplies as needed.
+ Make supply runs as required to attain inventory.
+ Process an inventory control sheet and confirm daily and weekly counts.
+ Verify that all cleaning supplies are prepared and ready for staff members in their cleaning kit.
+ Fold and stack cleaning rags, haul trash, prepare laundry for completion and ensure that office is neat and orderly at all times.
+ Preparing documents which will assist in the advertising and growth of RGF Cleaning Services.
**Qualifications** :
+ Must be able to work around products which have been in contact with pets/dust/waste.
+ Prior experience providing customer service is advantageous.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Must be professional in appearance and action.
+ Word, Excel and Power Point is a must
+ Must be able to use telephone and computer at a skilled level.
