    Residential and Commercial Cleaner

    A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that facilities are sanitary and welcoming.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **General Cleaning** : Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure that all surfaces, including countertops and furniture, are clean and free of debris.

    + **Restroom Maintenance** : Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a hygienic condition.

    + **Waste Management** : Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

    + **Specialized Cleaning** : Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor waxing.

    + **Equipment Maintenance** : Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored after use.

    + **Safety Compliance** : Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education** : A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.

    + **Experience** : Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, especially in residential, commercial, or facilities management settings.

    **Skills** :

    + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.

    Work Environment:

    Cleaners may work in various settings, including offices, homes, hotels, and public spaces. The role may require working alone or as part of a team, depending on the size of the organization.
