    Position Description:** **RN

    The RN Charge responsibilities include:

    + The Clinical Nurse III is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

    + Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.

    + Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

    + Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

    Requirements:

    Certifications and Licensures:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + RN (Registered Nurse)

    + ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department

    + Preferred Nurse Specialty

    Education:

    + BSN or BS Healthcare related field within 7 months of hire/promotion

    + OR RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion

    Experience:

    + **Required:** 2 years RN experience

     

    Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: No

     

    Shift Hours:** **6:00pm - 7:00am

     

    Weekend Work:** **Every Other

    On Call:** **No
