    This position will require travel to multiple Rehab site locations and follow a hybrid work model with opportunities to work from home.

     

    In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, this position will be involved in the research, design, and implementation of process improvements and standardization across the Rehab system.

     

    **Status:** Full Time

    **Hours:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    **Education required:** High School Diploma

    **Experience required:** 1 year office related; preferred 2 years office related

    Department Secretary Responsibilities:

    + Provides general secretarial support to the department

    + Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings

    + Managing inventory and ordering of supplies

    + Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members

    + Word processing and computer program use

    + Directing calls

    + Recording minutes at assigned meetings

    + Time and attendance

    + Other duties as assigned
