    We believe happy employees do amazing work, so join our team NOW! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Tier 1 – IT Service Desk Representative** for a Full-Time position.

    Overview:

    The IT Service Desk Representative will serve as the frontline support for IT-related incidents and requests, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels. This role requires a solid understanding of core IT concepts and the ability to quickly resolve technical issues or escalate appropriately.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as the first point of contact for end-users via phone, email, and chat.

    + Provide initial troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, Windows/macOS systems, and mobile devices.

    + Create, log, and prioritize support tickets in BMC Helix or other ITSM platforms.

    + Assist with password resets, account access, and basic application support.

    + Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs.

    + Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.

    + Proficient in using ITSM tools such as BMC Helix or ServiceNow.

    + Working knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF, Workspace ONE).

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
