    Are you a student who?s passionate about people, staying organized, and making a real difference behind the scenes? Join our Human Resources team as a Student Worker Intern and get hands-on experience supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

     

    This opportunity is perfect for students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field especially those looking to build foundational HR skills while actively contributing to a supportive and growing team.

     

    Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling sessions

    + Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records

    + Support recruiting efforts (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, collecting applications)

    + Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement events, surveys, and training programs

    + Provide general administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)

    + Research HR best practices and assist in process improvements

    + Greet and assist employees with HR-related inquiries in person or by email

    Qualifications

    + Current enrollment in an undergraduate program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively

    + Previous administrative or office experience (preferred but not required)

     

    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
