Job Description

Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. This position will require balancing and accurately inputting builder draw requests info spreadsheets, ordering inspection, and tracking to ensure inspection are received timely. This position will also require the understanding of stages of residential construction loans in addition to high customer service skills. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Typically one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in quality analysis and measurement activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Experience with construction/new build administration work and or knowledge of processes

- Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area

- Effective verbal and written communications skills

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including M-

- Working with and ordering 3rd party inspections

- Microsoft Excel proficiency

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.38
