What You’ll Do
As a Rehab Technician, you’ll work closely with licensed therapists to deliver restorative care and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Assisting with therapy treatments and exercises under therapist guidance
+ Safely transporting patients and preparing equipment
+ Supporting daily operations including cleaning, organizing, and restocking
+ Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members
+ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
+ Completion of Mandatory Reporter training (within 3 months of hire)
+ A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
