    ## **Job Summary**

    This entry level position performs preventative maintenance, is responsible for day\-to\-day troubleshooting, and supports all aspects of natural gas measurement, under direct supervision in order to improve production\.

     

    Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60\-mile radius of the Mansfield Field Office \(1970 Highway 84, Mansfield, LA 71052\) to be considered for this position\.

    ## **Job Duties & Responsibilities**

    + Assists with new meter installations, preventative maintenance, and field solutions for measurement related problems

    + Assists with the maintenance and operation of flow computers and primary devices

    + Maintains required meter calibration and adheres to company standards of documentation

    + Performs plate changes and general up keep of the end devices

    + Monitors measurement and gas quality at assigned meter sites

    + Maintains and troubleshoots telemetry on measurement equipment

    + Coordinates with the Measurement Department and Production Control as required, and provides support for gas volume discrepancies

    + Assists in volume recover by providing information

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    ## **Job Specific Skills**

    + Basic knowledge of the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of various types of oilfield equipment

    + Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions

    + Basic knowledge of electrical systems

    + Basic knowledge of the oil and gas industry

    + Basic knowledge of gauges, dials, or other indicators used to ensure machinery is in proper working order

     

    ## **Education & Experience**

     

    Minimum: High school diploma or GED and 0 \- 2 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 4 \- 6 years related work experience

     

    ## **Additional Qualifications**

     

    Ability to possess a valid drivers license\.
