Job Description

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure efficient field operations. This role supports the Project Manager by coordinating and supervising subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. The Superintendent leads weekly planning, facilitates subcontractor meetings, and acts as the primary liaison between field teams, engineers, and the Project Manager. Additional responsibilities include assisting with contract administration and maintaining clear communication with the project owner to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in commercial remodel projects

Strong understanding of construction management and commissioning

Proficient in reading/interpreting plans, specs, codes, and project documents

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems

Skilled in identifying and resolving schedule, budget, and quality issues

Experienced in project planning and decision-making

Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project

OSHA 30 certified Experience with energy efficiency , solar, EV or BESS projects. null
