Overview:
High visibility role with a primary focus of capitalizing on available technology to streamline H.R. operations and increase sophistication within a mid-sized industrial company setting. Leading health and wellness initiatives, overseeing third party vendors and educating management staff are key duties. Executive level reporting and external compliance requirements will be critical competencies for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Act as a team lead in the deployment of technology within our small H.R. department with a primary focus on maximizing the functionality of our H.R.I.S.
+ Lead a variety of projects with an overall goal of increasing the sophistication and impact of our H.R. team throughout the company.
+ Provide leadership in the awareness and communication of relevant H.R. compliance and regulatory topics for the organization.
+ Support our corporate Payroll team and third-party vendors to monitor H.R.I.S. connectivity and functional effectiveness.
+ Participate in large scale enterprise projects to include health & wellness, compensation, performance management and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.).
+ Develop and deliver executive reports to support strategic initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
+ Act as a key contact for select H.R. departmental vendors to include key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring and reporting.
+ Provide back-up generalist support for divisional H.R. professionals to ensure optimal teamwork and service level within H.R. group.
+ Facilitate employee transactions within H.R.I.S. to meet the regular demand for accurate data and management team support within the company.
Requirements:
+ A minimum of 6-8 years of multi-faceted Human Resources experience with a primary focus on H.R. technology, benefits administration and compensation.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
+ Demonstrated track record in maximizing H.R. technology and H.R.I.S.
+ Advanced Excel skill level is critical for success.
+ Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
+ Ability to travel approximately 10% on an as needed basis.
