• Formboard Designer

    Job Description

    As a Formboard Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed, full-scale representations of wiring harness designs, which are essential for the assembly and manufacturing of electrical systems in aircraft and other aerospace applications. You will receive 3D CAD models of wire harnesses from Boeing, flatten these files to route the wires in CAD, and use specialized software like CATIA V5 to create one-to-one scale drawings. These drawings will include all necessary manufacturing information, such as the layout of wires, connectors, and other components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the assembly process.
