Job Description

The Production Coordinator is an essential supporting role on the Fortnite production team. This role ensures clarity, momentum, and cross-functional alignment across the game development lifecycle. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong organizational skills, and wants to play a hands-on role in bringing content to life.

Working closely with Producers, Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders, the Production Coordinator will help maintain development velocity and quality through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Summary of Responsibilities

Coordinate dev schedules and meetings

Facilitate cross-discipline / team communication

Own playtests and feedback loops

Assist senior producer with task creation and tracking

Schedule meeting, take notes, facilitate action items to those assigned

Skills and Requirements

Background in QA and experience taking on production related responsibilities: grooming backlog, leading standup

Proficiency in tools like Jira AND Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.

Competence with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Proven ability to manage schedules, meetings, and task tracking.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and workflows.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Experience assisting producers or project leads with task creation and tracking.

Ability to maintain development momentum through proactive problem-solving.

Understanding of the game development lifecycle.

Experience supporting playtests and managing feedback loops is a plus. null
