Job Description
Facilitate daily morning group huddles with the OR team to ensure clarity around assignments and responsibilities.
Participate in recurring meetings, including:
Monthly staff meetings
Clinical operations meetings
Staff manager meetings
Weekly check-ins with Chesapeake Urology Specialists
Act as a key liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and vendors to support smooth operations.
Creating the schedules, training new hires, jump in when needed (strong initiative!).
Serve as a Charge Nurse Plus ideally not included in daily staffing numbers, but ready to step in and provide floor support when staffing is limited.
Proactively address and resolve operational issues as they arise (putting out fires).

Skills and Requirements
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
Leadership experience (management, leadership, supervisor, strong charge nurse)
Operating room/labor & delivery experience Urology experience
Supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area null
