Job Description
A client in Cincinnati is seeking a Project Communications Specialist for a 12 month contract opportunity. This role is critical in ensuring employees at all levels understand, engage with, and act on key project communications that drive operational success and cultural alignment. The client is completing a large roll of our company wide IT initiatives, in relation to their transportation efforts. This individual will be content planning (audience centric messaging), writing & editing surveys, and engaging with involved stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication plans that deliver clear, timely, and audience-relevant messaging across field and corporate teams.
Write and edit content for internal platforms, and design surveys and feedback tools to capture employee insights.
Foster two-way communication by actively listening to stakeholders and responding with empathy and clarity.
Align messaging with broader program goals to support behavior change, engagement, and operational outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors in Comms., Marketing, PR, Journalism or related field
- 3-7 years in project communications, internal comms, or communications project mgmt.
- Experience using digital platforms and content management tools Poppulo Experience
