    The VP, Finance position oversees the financial planning, business controllers, and reporting (budget and management) for the organization. Reporting to the SVP & Controller, this position owns the collection, analysis, investigation, audit, and reporting of our company-wide financial data and drives efficiency and effectiveness in our accounting processes.

     

    This is a highly visible role, requiring this person to work on-site at our Webster, MA headquarters.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    **Education:** Masterʹs Degree or CPA (professional level of knowledge in a specialized field), or equivalent related experience preferred

    **Experience:** 9 ‐ 11 years or Bachelorʹs Degree equivalent plus 11 ‐ 13 years

     

    Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and modeling, financial analysis, and management reporting is essential.

     

    This position requires the ability to work independently with excellent verbal, quantitative, analytical and customer service skills.

     

    Strong leadership and management experience.

     

    Property & Casualty Insurance experience is highly preferred.
