Job Description
The Production Control Coordinator will oversee and prioritize work for FT4000 overhauls, supporting the Deputy Manager in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with AERO engineers to understand assembly, inspection, repair, and testing processes for FT4000 gas turbines and PT4000 power turbines. The role involves defining scopes of work, tracking progress, reporting status, managing material shortages, expediting parts, and setting priorities for contracted workshops.
The coordinator will work closely with departments such as Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure timely completion. Additional duties include generating shop reports, supporting process improvements, and assisting with various tasks as needed. There is potential for growth based on performance and skill development.

Skills and Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in aviation/energy engine overhaul, industrial repair shop, or in manufacturing environment
- Experience in overhaul or running production
- Experience with ERP systems
- Willingness/ability to travel
- Must be mechanically inclined - Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Experience with SAP preferred, not required
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings null
