Job Description
We are seeking a highly proactive and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic and growing tech company. This is a contract role with the potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Contract Duration: 90 Days (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $45$50/hour
Work Hours: Core hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
On-Call Availability: 6:00 AM 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM 10:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEOs schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
Inbox Management: Assist with email triage and prioritization to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Approval Workflows: Handle PTO requests and DocuSign approvals on behalf of the CEO.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for efficiency, and take initiative to solve problems before they arise.
Availability: Be responsive and available during on-call hours outside of core working hours.
This is a 3-month contract position with extensions. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar/email tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook), DocuSign, and other productivity platforms.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
-Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and being on-call during designated hours. -Forward-thinking and proactive mindset.
