Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory to increase sales volume, add new points of distribution, and establish relationships with partners to drive growth of professional service offerings.

+ Solicit new accounts through sales channels in the field.

+ Prepare quotes and proposals to prospective customers.

+ Coordinate with key staff members to support the sales process.

+ Employ professional written and verbal communication skills to sell professional services to business executives.

+ Drive growth of contracted healthcare services offerings and solutions through sales efforts with businesses.

+ Engage prospective clients and brokers to create and close new business opportunities.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Health/Life Insurance License credentialed from the Indiana Department of Insurance preferred.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Will work with insurance brokers, consultants and advisers to sell Ascension network. Health Insurance License to be obtained within 6 months.

Understanding of health plans, provider networks, and sales strategies and tactics strongly preferred.

Position requires experience with unsolicitied or cold calling potential customers.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our specialized healthcare network to targeted clients. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, employers, insurance brokers, and other decision-makers, to drive enrollment and revenue growth.Will be required to complete license for Indiana Health Insurance Producer within 6 months. Candidates with health and life insurance background (understanding of health plans, provider networks, and sales strategies) encouraged to apply.
