The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

The Account Representative – Medicare Advantage Account Representatives is responsible for working with internal and external team members in managing our Medicare Advantage carrier relationships and distribution of their products. Contributes to building strong relationships while ensuring implementation and communication meet scope objectives. Collaborate with senior account representatives and department management to develop sales operations processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and field associates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

As an Account Representative Medicare Advantage, your responsibilities will include:

+ Lead Core Group meetings to define product launch tasks and strategies for effective field delivery.

+ Facilitate coordination meetings, including preparing meeting notes, agendas, and follow-up action items.

+ Collaborate within Core Group settings with senior associates and managers to conduct rollout planning sessions with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment of resources and operations to meet sales objectives.

+ Support senior associates and department management in managing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors.

+ Deliver training sessions, including WebEx training, as directed by departmental management, to internal teams and third-party carriers.

+ Monitor CMS compliance activities and carrier processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

+ Analyze sales data to identify branch offices requiring additional targeted product training or reinforcement of product and sales knowledge.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, decisiveness, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex operations.

+ Proven problem-solving abilities to address project implementation challenges and manage the governance of third-party contracts.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project objectives, implementation processes, and product release details.

+ Advanced analytical skills for evaluating third-party and internal data to support decision-making.

+ Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with third-party vendors efficiently.

+ Strong motivational and negotiation skills, coupled with outstanding organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

What you’ll need:

+ Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent work experience in Business or Finance.

+ 3 years of experience in account management.

+ Insurance Industry Certification desired and will be required.

What will set you apart:

+ Master’s degree in business or finance.

+ 3 years of Medicare Advantage experience.
