About the Role:
The Global TA Key Initiatives & Program Lead is responsible for owning the planning, design and execution of TA Operational and Platform excellence continuous improvement initiatives/programs across the Global Talent Acquisition function. This position includes ownership of the Global TA Roadmap, along with identifying and implementing programs focused on technology, processes, capability, standards, compliance and insight. This role is a critical cohesive link between TA Delivery, Technology, Insight and wider People operational and transformation teams translating vision, strategy and functional/business requirements into tangible process and technical solutions.
What You’ll Do:
+ Define and lead a repeatable Continuous Improvement field to identify, analyze and prioritize opportunities to evolve and mature the CBRE Talent Acquisition function
+ Analysis and executive presentation of improvement opportunities using a variety of inputs such as Business priorities, Operational and performance reporting, QBR feedback, SME community input, Compliance key findings, pulse survey data, Tier 1 Technology trends and external market research
+ Lead the Talent Acquisition PMO supporting TA, People and business programs
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition & People Leadership to understand TA strategy and innovation, aligning project scope and outcomes
+ Lead the formation and progress tracking of the Global Strategic TA Roadmap
+ Partner closely with all enabling functions within TA Ops & Platform
+ Facilitate and gather functional requirements for key initiatives including process mapping, business requirements documentation to inform subject matter experiences across TA Ops & Platform for implementation (Technology, standards, capability, Insight/Reporting, Insight, Talent Marketing)
+ Lead all aspects of and develop implementation of key initiatives supporting workstream leads and PMO Project Leads ensuring programs are on-track, RAID logs and progress reports are maintained along with leading escalations to TA and/or People Leadership teams if required
+ Participant in cyclical TA Ops & Platform process & tech. change/enhancement prioritization meets
+ Collaborate closely with TA leaders and our Standards and Capability function to ensure initiatives are stabilized into steady state with ongoing monitoring of return on investment (ROI). This could include leading sessions to discuss lessons learned, reporting back on return on investment, leading launch snagging lists, and providing hyper care reporting.
+ Manages expectations of sponsors, collaborators, and team across a wide scope including Requisition Management, Attraction, Sourcing, Selection, Offer/Onboarding and New Hire experience
+ Provide advice on recruitment processes which may include TA lifecycle process, technology, insight/reporting, candidate/new hire experience, compliance, data privacy, integration with other people processes/technology, training, adoption and quality controls.

+ Experienced in crafting and encouraging continuous improvement in HR or Talent Acquisition.
+ In-depth experience working with a global technology-led recruitment function
+ Displayed competency in engaging and understanding different partner perspectives and views, establishing productive working relationships, handling key partner expectations, and negotiating as needed.
+ Demonstrated experience leading a Talent Acquisition strategic roadmap
+ Demonstrated ability in managing programs and leading direct/indirect teams in multiple time zones
+ Bachelor degree or equivalent experience of 10 years in related field
+ 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with end-to-end knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
+ Experience capturing, documenting and translating functional requirements within Talent Acquisition / People team partnering with technical teams to form tangible solutions for implementation
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action.
+ Demonstrated presentation skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Experience with program management tools such as Smartsheets/MS Project and Visio
+ Be adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
+ Proficiency in working autonomously and virtually with teams located globally.
