    As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

     

    Job Title: Production Associate

     

    Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

     

    Shifts Available: All shifts available

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    + Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

    + Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established criteria.

    + Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    + Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
