Our client, a leading technology innovator, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Digital Products Team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving innovation which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $47.07 - $61.62

**Shift:** 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

+ Lead the planning and execution of multiple complex software projects, setting new standards in the industry.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and design to foster a collaborative environment.

+ Utilize your technical expertise to shape the direction of projects and ensure high-quality delivery.

+ Engage with stakeholders to present updates, gain buy-in, and inspire confidence in project initiatives.

+ Embrace agile methodologies to guide the team in adopting best practices for swift and effective project execution.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.

+ Experience managing complex software projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

+ Technical expertise in cloud-based platforms and modern software tools.

+ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
