    Our client, a leading manufacturer in Frankfort MI, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Hours:** 6am - 4:30pm Mon - Thur OT- Fridays- based on needs

    **Location:** Frankfort, MI

    **Pay Range:** $14.75 hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    + Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years Production Experiance

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

    + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

    + Availability to work Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
