Our client, a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

**Location:** Pottstown, PA

**Pay Range:** $29.25/hour

**Shift:** 3rd shift

What's the Job?

+ Oversee, provide leadership, and coordinate activities for production within the plant to ensure quality and productivity targets are attained.

+ Supervise all employees in your department and manage the flow of production.

+ Encourage teamwork within the lines and across all shifts.

+ Monitor shop floor safety and train team members on operations and safety requirements.

+ Actively participate in all aspects of quality control as it relates to daily production.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma required; college degree or some college preferred.

+ 3+ years manufacturing or assembly experience; supervisory experience preferred.

+ Solution-oriented with the ability to investigate and analyze data for problem-solving.

+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail focus.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Flexibility to work any shift and weekends as needed
