Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Gwinn, MI

**Pay Range:** $17.50 per Hour

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with OT Shifts on Fridays and Saturdays when needed

What's the Job?

+ Manufacture parts per specifications and work instructions.

+ Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the factory.

+ Maintain accurate paperwork.

+ Follow all documented standard operating procedures.

+ Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Capable of reading technical drawings and using a tape measure properly.

+ Proficient in the use of computers.

+ Must possess attention to detail, follow through, and accuracy of tasks.

+ Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift and lift 50 pounds.
