**Our client, a leader in specialized healthcare services, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team.** As an RN, you will be part of the dialysis care unit supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to quality patient care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Location:

Milwaukee, WI (7795 West Appleton Avenue)

Pay Range:

$49.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

+ Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis treatments to assigned patients.

+ Assess and document patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis.

+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

+ Supervise and support patient care staff including LPNs, LVNs, and Technicians.

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response measures.

What’s Needed?

+ Current RN license and BLS certification.

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

+ At least 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years.

+ Minimum 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
