    Duties include:

    • Preparing and serving quality breakfast and lunch items from a flat top grill

    • Following food safety, cleaning, and sanitation protocols

    • Maintaining café equipment, workstations, and inventory supplies

    • Providing excellent customer service in a team-driven environment

    • Assisting with inventory, temperature logs, and cross-training in other areas

    Requirements:

    • Previous kitchen experience

    • Strong cooking skills, flat top grill experience a plus

    • Must attend ServeSafe class
