    Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various seasonal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Operator/Forklift

    **Location:** New Madrid, MO

     

    Pay Range:18.00 - 19.50

     

    **Shift: R** otate from days/nights or nights/days every 4 weeks.

     

    6:00am-6:15pm & 6:00pm-6:15am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading.

    + Complete a wide range of harvest activities, including combine cleaning.

    + Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for inventory management.

    + Inspect and maintain seed crops and support seed inventory management.

    + Work in various roles throughout the year, adjusting to seasonal demands.

    + Forklift

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations.

    + Ability to safely perform duties in a timely fashion while maintaining seed quality.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.

    + Forklift experience is preferred.
