• Maintenance Technician

    Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Montebello, CA

    Pay Range: $25-$34/hr

    **Shift:** M-F (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM), Saturdays and Sundays as needed

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure equipment is available and operational to meet production goals.

    + Troubleshoot and repair existing plant equipment, as well as install new equipment.

    + Perform maintenance tasks using various hand tools and power tools.

    + Contribute to plant-wide safety and quality programs.

    + Assist in urgent work orders and special projects as required.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + At least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

    + Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues.

    + Mechanical repair and general welding skills.

    + Basic computer skills and ability to use SAP and CMMS.
