    Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI and revolutionizing how customers interact with technology?

     

    We’re looking for a Snr. Product Marketing Manager to drive inspiration, education, and usage of new features and capabilities for Alexa+ - our new Alexa experience that is smarter, more capable and more conversational. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that help customers discover and embrace Alexa+’s ever-expanding capabilities, making their lives easier, smarter, and more delightful.

     

    Your work will directly influence how customers learn about, adopt, and integrate Alexa+ features into their daily routines—transforming AI-powered interactions into essential, intuitive experiences.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive adoption of new Alexa+ features

     

    - Create compelling, targeted content for on-device marketing and multi-channel campaigns

     

    - Analyze product usage data and customer insights to refine strategies and enhance user experience

     

    - Collaborate with product and research teams to translate capabilities into customer-centric messaging

     

    - Optimize marketing capabilities through partnership with on-device martech teams

     

    - Measure, report, and present key adoption and engagement metrics to senior leadership

     

    - Implement and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

     

    - Establish and share best practices for messaging and content distribution across teams

     

    - Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

    - Scale successful strategies and learnings across marketing and device partners

    A day in the life

     

    In this role, you'll work with partners across product, creative, channels, research, and BI to drive Alexa+'s growth and customer engagement. You'll identify growth opportunities, shape important marketing initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results. Drawing on data and customer insights, you'll craft compelling narratives and design experiments to accelerate adoption of new capabilities. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with precise execution will be essential as you present to senior leadership and transform ideas into measurable outcomes. You'll continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing approaches, influencing the future of AI interaction in this dynamic, high-growth environment.

    About the team

    This role sits within the Alexa Marketing team, a dynamic group that includes advertising, media, lifecycle, and channel marketers. We are a diverse and collaborative team united by our mission to make Alexa an indispensable part of customers' lives.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent

     

    - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

     

    - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

     

    - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

     

    - Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

     

    - Experience leading creative briefs and creative content development

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
