We are looking for an eCommerce / retail search specialist to join our search team. If you have a passion for retail media and paid search and are able to share ideas and collaborate in a team setting, then this role is perfect for you.
With our agency partners, you will be responsible for the tactical and day-to-day management of our retail search campaigns on platforms across a range of capabilities. Your role will be integral to our mission to develop strong relationships with our customers by delivering search efficiency, sales and insights for our Customer Development, Omnicustomer and Brand Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain agency relationship, prioritize work through flexible and customizable project management and oversee campaign execution and optimization
+ _Develop paid search campaigns to support product awareness, brand/category sales goals and priorities and complement retailer-specific promotional strategies_
+ Collaborate in customer cross-functional meetings to help drive incremental growth through on-platform investment
+ Leverage established measurement frameworks to evaluate relative media performance and recommend budget optimization across search tactics, retailers and categories
+ Contribute to the development of standardized measurement frameworks as applicable
+ _Partner with SEO agencies to develop search trend reports for content development and optimizations_
+ Support annual paid search budgeting and ongoing investment optimizations across retailer search platforms
+ Provide inputs into retailer search platform roadmaps to advance Search capabilities - define strategy, measurement, frameworks and tools
+ Act as an internal specialist for the organization to help build up organizational competences, but also to help keep a pulse on trending topics/keywords to connect with shoppers and unveil potential opportunities
+ Lead regular virtual store checks to ensure our digital experience matches internal expectations
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Minimum 7+ years prior experience in Search (traditional & retail) plus 2+ years of supervisory experience
+ Minimum 4+ years eCommerce Search expertise (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, Kroger, Instacart, etc.)
+ Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g. Skai, Pacvue, Commerce IQ, Stackline, etc.)

+ Proven track record of using retail search to drive commercial growth
+ Strong interpersonal and training skills
+ High level of emotional intelligence
+ Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong team player
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
+ Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology
+ Superior leadership and collaboration skills
+ High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
+ Knowledge of and experience with ecommerce SEO and content optimization is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $176,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
