    Summary You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Center for Security Forces Headquarters of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES. Responsibilities You will assists in the performance of functions such as Formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will Act as Approving Official (AO) for government commercial purchase card program, Fleet and SWIPE Sea card programs You will Process execution and correction transactions, update tables, and analyze problems in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning system (NERP) and/or other official Accounting Systems. You will Reconcile data elements in NERP or other official accounting systems. You will Research unmatched transactions and process corrections to resolve and identify root causes to eliminate reoccurrence. You will Generate reports in NERP and other financial accounting systems. You will Achieve proficiency within NERP to review, manage and update checkbooks and general financial tables. You will Issue, track, and manage funding documents issued for all active years. You will Participate in working groups to establish or improve procedures You will Supervises the performance of assigned Supply Analyst positions primarily responsible as GPCC card holders. You will Prepare and submit data calls and purchase card account certification by established due date. You will Provides analytical data to assist with the resolution of funding conflicts between internal and external agencies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical guidance on financial management policies, procedures and practices; formulating and analyzing financial plans, reports and budgets; AND administering support activities (e.g., purchase/travel card programs) for an organization.
