About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Envelope Converting Specialist to join our high-performance production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Adjusters troubleshoot and operate Winkler+Dünnebier (W&D) envelope converting machines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. The Specialist is also responsible for maintenance and repair of the equipment to ensure optimal throughput.

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up, operate, and monitor W&D envelope converting machines (627, 628, 410).

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

+ Ensure product quality by making real-time adjustments and conducting inspections.

+ Maintain accurate production logs and machine performance records.

+ Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

+ Minimum 10 years of experience operating W&D envelope converting equipment.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience in high-volume print or packaging environments.

+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
