Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Utilize accounting software systems and tools to streamline financial reporting and improve accuracy.

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Generate reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to communicate financial performance effectively.

• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable information from complex datasets.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize cash forecasting and capital management strategies.

• Monitor accrual accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Support budget planning efforts by analyzing variances and recommending adjustments.

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of financial strategies to maximize organizational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.

• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.

• Strong skills in Crystal Reports and data mining techniques.

• Solid understanding of accounting functions, including accrual accounting.

• Experience with forecasting, modeling, and budget processes.

• Knowledge of auditing standards and practices.

• Ability to perform cash forecasting and manage capital effectively.
