Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Aid Analyst/Specialist to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students and families by assessing their financial needs and guiding them through the financial aid process. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to data management and reporting while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the financial circumstances of students and families to determine eligibility for financial aid programs.

• Provide clear guidance and counseling on financing options, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.

• Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of financial aid data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in the development and implementation of systems and procedures for efficient data management.

• Manage account setups and ensure smooth processing of incoming payments.

• Monitor administrative aspects of financial aid operations to maintain alignment with institutional goals.

• Support students in navigating financial aid challenges and formulating viable solutions.

• Utilize 10-key skills effectively to process financial data and documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to improve financial aid services and optimize workflows.

• Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial aid analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in account setup and payment processing.

• Strong administrative skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with student financial aid procedures and regulations.

• Expertise in utilizing 10-key skills for accurate financial data entry.

• Excellent communication and counseling abilities to support students and families.

• Ability to manage and interpret data effectively, ensuring compliance with institutional standards.

• Experience in developing and implementing data management systems is preferred.
