• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed counsel.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide customized solutions.

• Prepare detailed legal briefs and memoranda with precision and clarity.

• Utilize case management and document management software to organize and track case progress effectively.

• Handle civil litigation matters related to estate disputes and claims.

• Address and resolve client complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in estate planning and probate laws.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members as needed. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust, and probate administration.

• Proficiency in legal tools such as Adobe Acrobat, case management software, and document management systems.

• Strong writing and analytical skills to produce high-quality legal documents.

• Experience handling civil litigation cases and claim administration.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with complaint handling and consumer-related legal matters.

• Demonstrated expertise in briefing and legal research.
