    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

    + Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

    + Conduct gap analyses, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives.

    + Support development teams with clear documentation and regular feedback throughout the SDLC.

    + Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with business and technical stakeholders.

    + Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business cases.

    + Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training support.

    + Monitor project progress and assist in change management and continuous improvement efforts.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

    + 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

    + Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.

    + Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

    + Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or ERP/CRM systems.

    + Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is a plus.
