Description We are looking for a highly skilled Security Manager to design, implement, and oversee cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions for a growing global organization. This Contract-to-permanent position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure robust security systems for a new facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will collaborate across international teams, address compliance requirements, and architect scalable solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security frameworks.

• Plan and implement IT infrastructure for a new facility, focusing on network segmentation, internet connectivity, and physical security systems.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and remediation efforts to enhance both physical and digital security.

• Create and maintain detailed security architecture documentation, policies, and incident response protocols.

• Collaborate with international teams to align security practices with global standards while ensuring regional compliance.

• Manage identity and access controls, implementing best practices for user authentication and authorization.

• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and addressing compliance findings.

• Promote security awareness and training initiatives across departments to enhance organizational security posture.

• Monitor and manage security tools such as SIEM systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data loss prevention solutions.

• Play a key role in establishing secure infrastructure from the ground up at the new facility. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise security tools and IT infrastructure architecture.

• Strong expertise in network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security frameworks.

• Proven experience in planning and integrating security measures for new facilities.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across international time zones and teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are preferred.
