    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Clerk to assist the Chief Commercial Officer and sales team at a leading consumer goods company. This temp-to-hire role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, reporting, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth internal and external communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide administrative support to the CCO and sales team

    + Create reports, proposals, and sales documents

    + Support item setup, content uploads, and compliance tracking for Walmart and Amazon

    + Assist with sample tracking, pricing, inventory coordination, and project timelines

    + Manage internal systems, sales data, shared files, and meeting logistics

    + Coordinate travel, expenses, and sales event planning (e.g., trade shows)

    + Serve as a liaison with customer service, finance, and external partners

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of admin or sales support experience; retail or CPG experience is a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

    + Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication and multitasking skills
