_About The Position_
_The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating duties monitoring performance associated with the Illinois Construction and Engineering Team, including acting as a liaison between supervisors and other company departments and support groups within the organization._
_Key responsibilities include:_
+ Partner with safety professionals and corporate safety representatives to select appropriate and timely safety topics for discussion at safety meetings.
+ Provide Quality Assurance on customer calls.
+ Support work prioritization on customer requests and other projects.
+ Provide programmers information on corrections/enhancements for the CRTS system.
+ Train new users and provide refresher trainer on the CRTS system.
+ Monitor phone system to make changes in availability to support customer satisfaction improvements.
+ Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting from phone system.
+ Facilitate, coordinate the logistics and schedule Department specific training (e.g., apprentice training, compliance training).
+ Coordinate schedules that impact operations (e.g., vacation, training, apprentice or duty schedules).
+ Department Dashboard updates on measures supporting our strategy
+ Assist in a logistics role during storm emergency events.
+ Prepare information for Department specific review of policies and procedures and one-on-one reviews.
+ Administrative duties, such as TRIS entries, absence reports, scheduling meetings, etc.
+ Assist on managing projects to ensure projects are completed by the due date.
_Qualifications_
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Two or more years of electric or gas operations experience required. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Basic computer proficiency required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred. Proficiency with specific Ameren systems (e.g. TRIS, DOJM, CRTS, CSS, Byers) also preferred.

Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.
Compensation Range:
$59,100.00 - $88,700.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
