Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is a short-term contract position requiring immediate availability, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing invoices and payments. The role is fully onsite and requires proficiency in accounts payable processes and related software.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Manage payment operations, including preparing and issuing payments in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized electronic filing systems for all accounts payable documents.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Utilize Great Plains software to manage accounts payable workflows effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address any invoice or payment-related inquiries.

• Ensure data entry is accurate and meets quality standards.

• Monitor accounts payable schedules to prevent delays in payment processing.

• Support the team with general administrative tasks related to accounts payable. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management.

• Familiarity with Great Plains or similar accounting software.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work onsite and adhere to a structured schedule.

• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving account discrepancies.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and team members.
