Description

We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in managing Microsoft systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft end-user equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows operating systems across multiple versions, including Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.

• Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, networking, and software applications.

• Perform virus and malware removal while maintaining proficiency in anti-virus tools.

• Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment and software.

• Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software needs.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent technical issues.

Requirements • At least 4 years of experience in Windows Desktop troubleshooting and support.

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting multiple versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

• Strong understanding of network concepts and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Active Directory and related technologies.

• Experience working with tablets, Android, and iOS platforms.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server 2012 R2.

• Exposure to security information and event management solutions.

• Ability to work effectively with Citrix and Dell technologies. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
