    Are you a numbers-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate? Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team in the property management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to support property management operations and financial goals.

    + Prepare and analyze property budgets, variance reports, and monthly performance metrics.

    + Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, rent analysis, and investment opportunities.

    + Collaborate with property management teams to streamline financial reporting and compliance processes.

    + Assist with the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and leadership teams.

    + Monitor cash flow, tenant leasing activity, and portfolio performance across multiple properties or assets.

    + Evaluate capital expenditures (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx) for portfolio optimization.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    + 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.

    + Proficiency in financial modeling and the use of tools such as Excel (advanced), Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software.

    + Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.

    + Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of cross-functional collaboration.

    + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with investment property analysis or real estate asset management.

    + Knowledge of market dynamics and industry-specific financial metrics like Net Operating Income (NOI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

    + CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
